Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy focuses on the prevention, assessment and management of injuries related to sport and exercise, along with the rehabilitation required to safely return an athlete to training and competition.
Our sports physiotherapists work with athletes across all levels — from grassroots weekend competitors to NSW State and national representative teams — using evidence-based assessment, hands-on treatment and structured, criteria-based return-to-sport programs.
We focus not just on resolving the current injury, but on identifying contributing factors to reduce the risk of re-injury.
