The last few days have been action packed with the Commonwealth Games now in full swing. The Medical Headquarters Team, which I am a part of,  were fortunate to be able to march in the opening ceremony. This was a truly amazing experience and an absolute honour and privilege.

There have been so many amazing experiences already at these games and it's only day 5 with many more to come.
